The Tack Room
Tack rooms seem to fill up quickly! As a consequence, we are about to complete the construction of a second, adjacent to the stables in the barn. The one which appears in the pictures above is equipped with a sink, water heater, shelving, saddle racks and enough space - just - for all of the equestrian clutter which our clients have accumulated over many years of diligent attention to their horses. As well as providing a secure storage space - the tack room is kept locked and each of our clients has their own personal key - it also provides a rudimentary kitchen sink, over which people can chat over a coffee, share biscuits and relax... In an establishment primarily designed to accommodate horses, the tack room does offer a few of the furnishings to keep the spirits up on rainy mornings in winter... |
